Character

Length of marginal vein of fore wing [82]

Description

Length of the marginal vein is measured from its base (where the costal cell ends) to its apex (juncture of the stigmal and postmarginal veins) (Graham, 1969). A relative length of 1X and 3X were chosen because these appeared to be the most phylogenetically informative ratios when surveying across chalcidoid families.
