Character

Spur vein (1r-m) of hind wing [97]

Description

Neanastatus and Phenaceupelmus were coded as state 0 because at least some specimens have a very short (angular) sclerotized projection. Some eupelmids have a differentiated hyaline spur or streak that definitely is not pigmented and therefore was coded as state 1. Citations: Wijesekara (1997: 32); Heraty (2002: 81).
