Dimensions of Mt1 (petiole) [135]

Description

State 0 refers to Mt1 forming a distinct petiole to the gaster, which is characteristic of most Chalcidoidea. State 1 refers to the very short and broad Mt1 known from Aphelinidae, most Encyrtidae, and Trichogrammatidae. Neanastatus (Eupelmidae) is somewhat intermediate between the two states, but for a eupelmid is quite narrow and was scored as state 0.
